Yes, I'm still alive... I'm not too sure what to write here since nothing really has been going on. So I'll just post a picture of my two babies.



What is everyone doing for Christmas?

Well... I'm not sure if ya'll knew or not... but I gave birth to James Monroe Hanson, July 1st. He's such an adorable little boy! He looks like Everett and Isaac. Just wanted to say Hi, since it seems I've been MIA. That's what happens when you're a mommy of 2 now!

I know I haven't been around much but I assure you I'm still alive. I'm just patiently waiting for the new arrival to come. Hopefully soon because my butt can't take bed rest any longer!

Okay... so as most of you have already heard... Isaac and I are engaged. He asked me tonight and it was so beautiful. He got Everett to help him and he sang "Everyday." it was magical. I wasn't expecting it. I love Isaac more now than I have ever loved him. He's an amazing man, father, boyfriend, best friend. He's more than I could have ever asked for.

We had a little scare yesterday. I had been extremely exhausted from the pregnancy and yesterday I was constantly throwing up. So Isaac took me to the doctor, turns out I'm just overly exhausted, you would be too if you had a 3 year old son, trying to get ready for the new addition and taking care of Isaac, haha. But anyway, I'm now on best rest.... I'm going to go insane if I have to stay in bed for the next 3 months.

Isaac and I finished the nursery, it came out amazing. I hate to say it... it is better than Everett's nursery.



Oh... and if you don't already know... which most of you don't haha, I'm... we're having a boy and we've decided to name him, James Monroe.



and that's little Monroe!! He says "hey!"


Lastly... I guess I'll show you a picture of me... I'm huge so shhh!

I'm sorry I haven't been around as much... honestly, I don't know what's happened. I've just been off in my own world as of recently. I'm constantly tired, my back hurt, my feet are swollen and it just seems everything within my family is just falling apart.

I guess... I've just been isolating myself and trying to not think about all the sadness around me. I've been keeping myself busy by baking and just cooking because you can't be sad when you eat cookies and sweets right? They're not meant to be depressed. Cookies are happy... so maybe if I make enough cookies for everyone... they'll become happy too.

Well... this has gotten longer than I intended as a simple "sorry for not being around"

Okay... so! I thought I'd do a quick update, its nothing long because everyone practically knows what's going on with me and Isaac, hehe!!!

Anyways, back to the topic at hand!

I felt the baby kick for the first time today!!! That was something I was waiting for and it finally happened!! My little kicker!!! I can't wait for him.... OR her to get to this world!! 4 more months!!!

Okay I'm off to bake, soccer kick cookies!!!

Squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!! Isaac and I are officially a couple again!!!! Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!

I have to pee.... really bad :(

Want to do something, since I never have anything to do. Go out... stay in...? Just so I'm not alone.

Alright... so I haven't shown these in a few weeks... last sonogram I showed was at 8 weeks, so I guess it'll be an 8 week update ha!

I went to the doctor's at the beginning of the week and this is the result :) I was also taken off the blood pressure medication since I was doing so well, so that's another plus. No more stress in my life... well... not until the baby comes. haha

So I was just out shopping.... and I was over by the veggies and I saw a lady by a bin of mushrooms. She was looking at the mushroom in her hand... then all of a sudden... like a disappearing act, the mushroom was gone! She put it in her pocket!!!

She stole a mushroom!!! Only god knows how many she stole before I got over there!

Its like jeez grandma! Thanx for stealing dinner for me!


Old people these days... atleast she didn't shove a whole roaster chicken down her girdle.

I can't feel my butt.








Maybe I should get out of bed...

Just a heads up, me and Isaac will be in New York for a few days. We're packing my stuff up and I'm moving back to Tulsa.

I just first wanna say... the subject has NOTHING to do with this post... I just have the song stuck in my head!

Ok, so I haven't actually made a true for true update in awhile but I didn't really have much to update on. So lets get with the gettin'!

I moved once again, I'm back in Tulsa again, so no more New York even though I really loved it. It's such a different scene then Oklahoma. New York is so fast paced and go go go when Oklahoma is so laid back and you have time to smell the roses. Even though I loved New York, Tulsa is where my heart is, with the man I love. Maybe we'll be able to go on vacation back to New York when it's warmer haha!

Okay, I'm sure most of you know already, Isaac and I are back together, we're going to take things slower this time and really work on our differences so we can make marriage work this time. I'm not going to run when things get tough this time. I learned my lesson and I didn't enjoy being away from him. I figured out no matter what I try to do, who I'm with... I'm always with him, emotionally and spiritually. I love him with all my heart and soul. I've never loved a man the way I love him. I know I've done some bad things to make you upset, but I never meant to hurt you. I'm still learning how to be everything you want me to be.

I've met a lot of great friends since being on this journal and I just want to say thank you for everything. Zac is my best friend and my voice of reason. If it wasn't for him, I probably would still be miserable living in New York. Dean is another one of my best friends. Who ever said a person couldn't have more than 1 right? Back to Dean, he's practically like me in boy form. He knows exactly what I'm going through and it's great to have someone that can understand you even at your worst time. Derek, is great company and I hope one day to see a Yankees game! Avril... oh sweetie what can't I say about you! You are one hyper, pixie like, beautiful girl that always knows how to brighten the darkest of rooms! You're amazing and your daughter is absolutely a spitting image of her mommy! I know I'm probably forgetting a lot more people but just remember even if I haven't singled you out, you're still loved and always in my heart.

Well, this is getting a lot longer than I originally intended it to be so... I'm going to end it here. I hope everyone had a great Holiday season and was able to spend it with the ones you love. Let's make 2009 better than 2008 was.

Isn't it funny... when you're young and stupid dream about being on your own, living in your own apartment. The cool things you're going to have, the way you're going to decorate each room... how grown up you are for being on your own.

But then when it actually happens... you realize how you long to be young again when you didn't have any worries or cares in the world. Where all you had to do was say, "mommy...?" and she'd come running to give you a big hug.







..... I don't wanna be grown up anymore.
